Victoria Allanson

I’m Victoria, one of the Clinical Directors at Speech Matters Speech Therapy. With over a decade of experience as a Speech and Language Therapist, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including those affected by stroke, brain injury, autism, and stammering.
My clinical areas of interest and expertise are in the areas of stammering, autism diagnosis, neurological disorders, and functional neurological disorders.
I have attended specialist training in counselling skills, stammering, functional neurological disorders, social communication difficulties and alternative and augmentative communication.
I work closely with people and their families in a highly individualised and person-centred way in order to best meet their goals.
Sophia Riozzi

I am one of the Clinical Directors at Speech Matters Speech Therapy, bringing over 11 years of experience as a Speech and Language Therapist specializing in adult care across community, rehabilitation, and acute settings.
My expertise spans a wide range of communication and dysphagia challenges, serving clients with conditions such as brain injury, stroke, neurological disorders such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, MND, and MS.
In addition to my proficiency in these areas, I have extensive experience addressing stammering, voice disorders, and specific speech impairments.
I am dedicated to collaborating closely with clients and their families, fostering strong relationships to achieve your communication and swallowing goals.
